Exista o profesie pentru care suntem potriviti si pe care am putea-o practica mai bine decit oricine. Tot ce trebuie este sa gasim acea profesie care ni se potriveste ca o manusa.
Noi iti oferim posibilitatea de a afla daca abilitatile si aptitudinile personale se afla in concordanta cu profesia pe care ai dori sa o urmezi.
Participarea la programele de consiliere si orientare profesionala te va ajuta sa reduci riscul unei alegeri gresite a profesiei.
Serviciile de orientare profesionala includ:
• consiliere individuala cu psihologul;
• evaluarea psihologica in vederea orientarii profesionale (personalitate, aptitudini, abilitati);
• suport in vederea unei alegeri profesionale justificate, motivate;
• elaborarea traseului educational si profesional

April 22, 2010 - “Business Advisory Center” (BAC) NGO is implementing the project “Vocational Formation and Integration Service”, funded by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

The BAC contributes to employment of young specialists aged between 16 and 29 years, graduates of educational institutions in the country (graduates of training centers, colleagues, professional schools, higher education institutions, etc.).

September 30, 2009 - “Career Orientation Center PRO CARIERA”

The Career Orientation Center provided counseling, testing and career advice for 200 young people, focusing on those who are about to graduate middle school and high school.

The Center also provided five informative seminars for students on higher education opportunities and scholarships, on one side, and on the labor market development (such as growing industries, demanded professions, and even salary surveys), on the other side, in order to ensure a conscious career choice.

We would like to thank all our partners for the project’s success: The Royal Norwegian Embassy in Bucharest, the Municipal Career Orientation Center, and the partner-lyceums “Nicolae Balcescu” (Ciorescu), “Liviu Deleanu”, “Nicolae Iorga”, “Natalia Dadiani”, “Bogdan Petriceicu Hasdeu” (Chisinau).

August 1, 2009 - Business Advisory Center became a partner of the United Nations Higher Commissioner for Refugees in Moldova. Withing the “Local Integration Project”, BAC will be providing vocational training and job placement to refugees, beneficiaries of humanitarian protection and asylum seekers in Moldova.

July 3, 2009 - Application for the position of HR specialist closed at 17:00

The application period for the position of HR specialist closed on July 3rd, 2009 at 17:00. A total number of 48 candidates submitted their CVs and cover letters. The applications received after this date, as well as incomplete applications were disqualified. On Monday, July 13, the shortlisted candidates will be called and invited for an interview during the week.
