February 23, 2012 – The Business Advisory Center signed new contracts in providing of financial advisory services to IFAD program beneficiaries in Republic of Moldova
Business Advisory Center was reaccredited as a consultancy service provider for the beneficiaries of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) programs in 2012. Within the program, the Center provides financial planning services for the beneficiaries of credit lines, eligible within IFAD programs, with a price reduced by up to 50% for the services.
The International Fund for agricultural development (IFAD), granted financial assistance to developing countries in order to generate investment, developing businesses in the agricultural sector, to raise revenue in economic activity in rural areas.
The Republic of Moldova adhered to IFAD in 1996. At the moment the Government of the Republic of Moldova in cooperation with IFAD is implementing the following programs that have the aim to reduce poverty and economic development in the rural arias:
Rural Finance Program and Small Enterprise Development
Agriculture revitalization project
Rural Business Development Program
Rural Financial Services and Marketing
These programs provide the opportunity of business development by providing loans at favorable terms. They also offer necessary consultancy for the obtaining of loans and development / start-up of businesses. A distinct domain of the programs is to improve rural economic infrastructure with business development impact.

September 12, 2011 – Business Advisory Center signed a new contract for the implementation of the Rural Investment and Services Project (RISP), Component „Rural Business Development” financed by World Bank.
The project is aimed at increasing the income and reduces poverty through the offering of technical and financial assistance to private agri-businesses from rural arias.
Beneficiary of the project can be any person that intends to start or/and develop a private business in the rural aria.
In this context, BAC announces the actual and potential entrepreneurs from Bălţi, Glodeni, Rîşcani, Sîngerei, Făleşti, Ungheni, Nisporeni and Călăraşi counties of the possibility to benefit of free consultancy in the start and development of business, and assistance in the obtaining of a credit.
RISP offers its beneficiaries services of evaluation of business ideas, elaboration of business plans, support for the obtaining of long and mid term investment credits, as well as assistance post creation for the first year of activity.
The project will be implemented in the period form September 12, 2011 till June 30, 2012.

July 7 2011 – The Business Advisory Center has been reaccredited for the IFAD Programs
The business Advisory Center has been evaluated and reaccredited within the opened contest for the selection of the consultancy service providers in order to provide consultancy services to the beneficiaries of credits eligible within the IFAD Programmes.
The Consolidated Implementation Unit of IFAD Programmes (UCIP-IFAD) has expressed gratitude for the Business Advisory Center’s participation in this contest, citing BAC’s contribution to the development of SMEs in Moldova.
The Consolidated Implementation Unit of IFAD Programmes (UCIP-IFAD) is the union created by the Government of the Republic of Moldova for the implementation of the International Fund for Agricultural Development Programmes. The Republic of Moldova adhered to IFAD in 1996. At the moment the Government of the Republic of Moldova in cooperation with IFAD are implementing the following Programmes that have the aim to reduce poverty and economic development in the rural arias:

September 2010 – Business Advisory Center became a partner in the PANN project, business development component, due to its vast experience in this field.
Business Assistance Program for the Blind 2010 – 2012 (PANN) is a pilot project for assistance in business planning/development, witch includes an employment component for people with visual impairment. Thus they have the opportunity to develop their entrepreneurial skills for becoming an active part of the community.
The project consists of two components:
- Business development
- Employment
The project goal
Creating an institutional, sustainable framework, of social inclusion for people with visual impairment by expanding their professional potential and position in the labor market of Moldova.
The project objectives
- Providing assistance and training in business development for people with visual impairment;
- Creating a system for recruitment for potential beneficiaries and employers;
- Promoting inclusion work model for people with visual impairment, nationally and internationally.
Assistance for business start-up is free and provides:
- Training in business development;
- Identifying potential business opportunities;
- Developing proposals for business;
- Assistance in registration of business;
- Developing application for grant and loan demand;
- Post-creation assistance up to one year, depending on the needs of entrepreneurs;
- Assistance in lunching business, in partnership with local financial institutions.
