Objective:

Job counseling, vocational training, professional orientations and placement services for refugees. According to the new formula - self employment of the Small and Medium Size Businesses - 2 Business Development Specialists alongside with 1 HR Specialist & Psychologist will assist and identify the refugees’ needs, make personal visits and professional orientations, analyze Moldovan labor market and new opportunities to start a business.
