Development the methodology and operational manual for project implementation including;
Organize promotion campaigns in the region and collect grants applications from SMEs/start-ups; Select 30 projects and signing grant agreements;
Finance the projects (from 10-20 thousands Euro grant) and assist in the procurement of assets from the grant; Develop the business strategy and Finalize 30 business plans;
Assist and coach grantees in project implementation and business development during 1- 1,5 years; Monitor the project implementation and results (more than 120 jobs was created, increased sales more than 100%);
Assist in technical and specialized consulting according their needs; Assist the grantees SMEs and in cooperation, sales their products, work with LPAs and state organization, banks and donors; Provide 6 days trainings in business planning, business modelling, sales, HR and leadership;
